STUFFED JALAPENOS
Categories: Fish, Appetizers , Jeff's Yield: 12 servings 15 ea Large pickeled firm jalapenos 12 oz Tuna fish (well flaked) 1/2 c Celery (finely chopped) 1/2 c Onion ( finely chopped ) 1/2 c Sweet pickle relish 1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 ts Dry mustard 1/2 ts Seasoned salt 1/4 ts Dry tarragon
Chop all ingredients very fine. Cut stem off of the jalapenos, slice length wise into halves and remove seeds. Then stuff with this mixture and chill.
